League Information

• Affiliated to Suffolk FA and games played under FA rules (45 minutes each way)
• Open to all players 35 years of age or over on the date of the match  
• Games played every two to three weeks on Sunday afternoons   
• Home team to provide ground, facilities and refreshments  
• League affiliation fees (2022/23)are currently £55 (including League, League Cup, League Shield) in addition to any FA affiliation fees.  
• There is also a Seniors Cup competition for the  over-40s — affiliation fees £10 per team by invitation  
• For the 2022/23 season  the league consists of  53 teams (covering an area from Cromer in the north, Hadleigh in the south, Haverhill in the West and Lowestoft in the East) competing in  9 regionalised  divisions  
• The League Cup, League Shield and Seniors Cup draws will be open and cover all divisions
• There are also two County representative matches (Norfolk 35+ v Suffolk 35+ and Norfolk 45+ v  Suffolk 45+)  which take place at the end of the season
• Players can be registered up to kick-off time via WGS - Paul Bailey will approve these so stats are correct for the Fulltime website  
• 5 substitutes may be used on a rolling basis
• No Extra will be played in Cup ties, If a draw at 90 mins then penalties will be required to decide the result
• Referees will be appointed by Suffolk FA, if a referee is not appointed then the home club will need to organise
